Sonoma County Wine Country Home Near San Francisco
Our home is in the Oakmont "over age 55" community surrounded by parklands and close to renowned Sonoma County wineries. It has been extensively renovated, with a new kitchen, bathroom, and landscaping. It is attached on one side to a neighboring house. There are amenities like swimming pool, hot tub, golf, and tennis courts in the community. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and comes with the use of an older minivan. San Francisco is about 1 1/2 hours away, the ocean is about 45 minutes away, and there are many interesting attractions in Northern California.
The main guest should be 55 or older, and small children are not welcome for long visits.

We are a couple in our early 70s, both retired. Most of the year we live in Ohio, and enjoy volunteer work and travel.
Places we'd most like to visit for a month in 2024 are Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Scotland, Ireland, England, or Wales. We like cities, or to be out in the countryside.
