On barrier island on the west coast of Florida. Less than one hour to Tampa airport. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 balconies, 2 minutes to beautiful sandy beach.
Beautiful newly remodeled living area with open plan kitchen.
The beach is just across the street, about a two minute walk.
Our outside temperature is lowered by our closeness to the Gulf. We like to sit on the beach at sunset and enjoy the breeze off the water.
Lots of restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, three of them within two blocks.
Tampa and St. Petersburg are close enough to drive to for dinner, a play, or an art museum. Clearwater Beach with its famous beaches and shops is about a fifteen minute drive.
Orlando with Disney World and all the other attractions is less than a two hour drive. You may want to spend time in the Everglades or drive over to Cape Canaveral. It is about a three hour drive to Sanibel Island, "seashell capital of the world."
We have had many previous house exchanges, France, Belgium and England.
