Beautiful farmhouse in BOIS DE CENE, France
This beautiful 18th century farmhouse is a typical farmhouse of Vendee with its bread oven and its adjoining barn. After a careful restoration which endowed it with all modern comforts, it retains however the charm of old stones. Perched on a rock where came formerly the ocean, surrounded by a wooded garden of over 3,000 m2 (with pool), it dominates the village of Bois de Céné and enjoys the quiet of the countryside without the disadvantage of isolated location.
Cette jolie ferme du XVIIIème siècle est typique de la longère vendéenne avec son four à pain et sa grange attenante.
Après une restauration soignée qui l'a dotée de tout le confort moderne, elle conserve cependant le charme des vieilles pierres.
Perchée sur un rocher où venait autrefois l'océan, au milieu d'un jardin arboré de plus de 3000 mètres carrés, elle domine le village de Bois de Céné et bénéficie du calme de la campagne sans l'inconvénient de l'isolement

BE1013035We werden door Bertrand en Anne heel hartelijk ontvangen in hun huis met een zelfgemaakte groententaart en ene glaasje rosé. Ze hadden een map klaargelegd met alle info voer het huis en bezoektips. Het huis is perfect gelegen om de Vendée en Bretagnde te bezoeken. Het is heel gezellig ingericht en beschikt over alle confort. We bevelen een huizenruil met hen ten zeerste aan.
