Beautifully appointed easy-care home, on small acreage, in the town of Busselton in the Southwest of Western Australia - approx pop 40,000. We have a few resident sheep and Kangaroos. lazing on the banks of our small lake.
Situated just 8 minutes' drive into town, where there is great shopping, & local supermarkets, lovely cafes, & restaurants some right on the Bay. We are half an hour's drive from world class wineries, in the Margaret River area, also wonderful beaches, and fabulous restaurants, with lots of coastal and bush walks available.
