La casa è composta da un soggiorno-angolo cottura, bagno, camera da letto e un giardino anteriore e posteriore. Si trova circa 400m dal mare all'interno di "Marina Residence", grazioso villaggio ben curato. Dista circa 30 minuti dall'aeroporto e 25 minuti dal centro di Cagliari. Oltre alla spiaggia sabbiosa raggiungibile a piedi, lungo la strada litoranea che porta a Villasimius (dista circa 30km), sono raggiungibili in 15/30 minuti tante spiagge molto belle e rinomate.
La casa è dotata di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e cucina completamente attrezzata con macchina da caffè, forno e piano cottura. La camera da letto ha due letti a castello (4 posti letto) e nel soggiorno vi è un divano letto.

The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, and both a front and back garden. It is located about 400 meters from the sea, within "Marina Residence", a charming and well-maintained village. It is approximately 30 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the center of Cagliari. In addition to the sandy beach within walking distance, many beautiful and renowned beaches can be reached in 15 to 30 minutes along the coastal road leading to Villasimius (about 30 km away).
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, and stovetop. The bedroom has two bunk beds (4 sleeping places), and there is a sofa bed in the living room.
