For many years my son and i have lived in this 60 m² apartment, bright, overlooking a large green courtyard, very quiet location which is a privilege in Paris !

There is a bed 1 place in a bedroom, a 2 -seater bed in my bedroom and a good sofa bed in the living room. A balcony, certainly small but very pleasant.
We also have building caretaker.

A lots of markets, restaurants, parks and shops in this nice and family neighborhood which is also is very safe, possible to come back home on foot very late at night if you want to. The metro station is 2 minutes away, you are quickly in the Opera/Châtelet and in the museum district.

Velib'bike rentals down the house, you can enjoy what we call "la coulée verte", about 5 km wooded in the southern part of Paris towards the "bois de Vincennes", just for bikes..

We have some plants that will need a benevolent hand and may be greener than mine (I'm starting!)
