The apartment is in a brand new building in Kópavogur, which is part of the Greater Reykjavík Area. It is situated by the sea, very close to the amazing Sky Lagoon and only 6.5 kilometers from downtown Reykjavík. It is on the second floor, in a building with an elevator and a parking garage below. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized double bed and the smaller bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully furnished, with all basic accessories & utensils. The balcony, which has an electrical heater, can be closed off if it's windy and easily opened during sunny days.

We are two senior citizens (both of us 76 year old) from Iceland. Sometimes we travel with our son (46) and his two children (13 and 17 year old) but we are also open for exchanging smaller apartments for just the two of us.
