We are looking for 1-4 week exchange in more Southern Europe during October/November/December. As we understand that only few people would like to stay in Helsinki at that time we are also open for non-simultaneus exchange so that our Helsinki home would be available during July. |

A 120m2 penthouse with a lovely terrace in Helsinki
We are experienced exchangers and travellers having a 120m2 top floor flat with a large terrace in Helsinki, in a district called Lauttasaari, which is rated as the most wanted place to live in Helsinki.
The nature, sea, beaches and walking/cycling paths are just outside the door, metro station at 1km distance and downtown Helsinki and its attractions, shops, cafes, museums etc at 5km distance.
We live in our home with a small 7 yrs old rescue dog and also wish to do exchanges that allow traveling with a small pet.
