Het huis is niet ruim en eenvoudig ingericht, voor een volwassene en twee kinderen/jongeren vanaf een jaar of 5.
Rook- en huisdiervrij, wel twee steile trappen.
Als je binnenkomt vanaf de straat, sta je meteen in de woonkeuken. De trap op is het toilet en de badkamer en de slaapkamer van de kinderen (2 1p bedden). Nog een trap leidt naar de volwassenenslaapkamer met een twijfelaar en toegang tot het dakterras.
Openbaar vervoer stopt vlakbij, de auto zet je het best ergens anders. Je bent hier vandaan binnen een kwartier in de stad (fiets, tram) . Nemo en scheepvaartmuseum zijn om de hoek. Voor de deur vind je een kinderspeelplek.
