Saint Petersburg, Florida - Ranked #1 Beach in the U.S. and 5th Best Beach in the World! Walk to Tampa Bay!
My neighborhood is on Coffee Pot Bayou home to manatees and dolphins - as well as, many beautiful homes. You may google Old Northeast, Crescent Lake and Saint Petersburg Pier for ideas on the area and homes here. Walk to the end of the street to Tampa Bay, Coffee Pot Bayou. Walk the beautiful water front trail from the house to the Saint Petersburg Pier and downtown Saint Pete to multiple restaurants, parks, shops and museums. The Dali Museum, Chihuly Collection, Morean Arts Museum & Hot Shop and Fine Arts Museums all in walking distance. You may walk, bike or use electric scooters from the house to this area within 2 miles. From Saint Petersburg Pier you may pick up the Central Avenue Trolley Service to Pass-A-Grille Beach from 6:30am - 11:40am with Trolleys every 30 minutes. Exact fare is required at $2.25 a ride or an Unlimited Daily GO Card may be purchased for $5.00 on the Trolley (no change provided). We have a fenced in backyard with a salt water pool for relaxing at the house as well. Multiple local theatres such as American Stage, Saint Petersburg City Theatre, Studio Grand Central and the Straz in Tampa, Manatee Players and the Asolo Repertory Theatre are within reach for theatre lovers, as well as, the Central Park Performing Arts Center and Eight O' Clock Theatre. We have a very active local brewery, arts, and music scene here in downtown Saint Petersburg. If waterfront views and cultural arts, restaurants and shopping within nature are your interests, this is the place for you. The Ringling Museum and Ca'diZan Tour in Sarasota are also highly recommend if you enjoy history, architecture, gardens, nature and fine arts, as well as, the circus arts - something for everyone here.
