We are looking for an exchange in the 2 weeks 28 and 29 from 8 july to 21 july. My house may be available also in week 30. Preferebly within 8 hours driving from Denmark into Holland or Germany. |

Large house with garden in Næstved
The house is situated in næstved in a quiet residential area. The house has a large garden. On the first floor is a bath room and a toilet with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a kitchen. In the basement it is a laundry and drying room. There is a large terrace overlooking the garden. 2 minutes away on foot is a forest. 15 minutes on foot to the center of Næstved which is a beautiful old city of 50.000 people, with many oppertunities for dining, shopping ect. There is also access to the city by bus with a stop 100 meter from the house, which lead to the railway station. 15 minutes away by car is the sandy beach of Enø. Copenhagen is only 1 hour away either by train or car.

DE1002593Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Mikaels Haus und fanden auch die Umgebung sehr schön. Es war hell und geräumig. Am meisten hat uns der kleine Fluss in der Nähe gefallen wo wir Kano gefahren sind.
