Home: 6th floor flat (with elevator), oriented south, to a very quiet interior courtyard. Lots of light. One big bedroom, one kitchen, one WC with shower-bathtub, and a big living room with a new sofa (folding double sofa bed), extendable table, and a piano (70s electro-acoustic Yamaha). Medium sized balcony where you can have dinner on the balcony, or hang our hammock and take a siesta. There's another room used as a wardrobe room with the possibility of accommodating one more person in a folding bed we own.

Please note: our flat is ideal for a couple because there is only one classic-sized bedroom with a double bed. It can accommodate more people (specially kids) if it's necessary with the sofa/bed of the living room and the folding bed in a little room.

Situation: 15 minute walk from Sagrada Familia. In front of monumental Art Nouveau Site "Hospital de Sant Pau". Bus stop just in front of the house, with lots of buses going to the city center, to the beach and to Park Güell. Two metro lines near (each 5 min walk): one of them (Line 5) connects directly to Sants-Estació (main train station) and the other one (Line 4) goes directly to the beach.

6ème étage (avec ascenseur), orienté vers le sud, dans une cour intérieure très calme. Beaucoup de lumière. Une grande chambre, une cuisine, un WC avec baignoire et un grand salon avec un nouveau canapé (pliant qui se transforme en lit double), un table extensible et un piano (Yamaha électro-acoustique 70). Un balcon de taille moyenne où vous pourrez dîner sur le balcon, ou accrocher notre hamac et faire une siesta. Il y a une autre pièce utilisée comme une armoire avec la possibilité d'accueillir une personne de plus dans un lit pliant.

15 minutes à pied de la Sagrada Familia. Devant le monumental site Art Nouveau "Hospital de Sant Pau". Arrêt de bus juste en face de la maison, avec beaucoup d'autobus allant au centre-ville, à la plage et au Park Güell. Deux lignes de métro à proximité (toutes les deux à 5 minutes à pied): l'une d'entre elles (ligne 5) se connecte directement à Sants-Estació (gare principale) et l'autre (ligne 4) va directement à la plage.
