Sint-Niklaas, Bélgica

My appartement is situated in Sint-Niklaas, a central medium city between Antwerp and Ghent. The appartment has an own kitchen, bathroom, living, sleeping room. It is 73m2. You can use also the collective parts : a big kitchen and living with tv, a room for washing en dryning, a place for bikes, and a garden of 1000 m2 with tools for children. The garden is still in the "construction" fase but you can sit and play there very well. On the front you look at a public park and a really nice renovated church what is now a cultural place (very quiet). There is one sleeping room, you could sleep also in the coach, there is a double bed within. But the appartment itself is rather tiny for more than two people. There is a balcony at the back, looking at the garden (south side) and a little balcony on the front (north side).
The kitchen has all what you want : induction fire, electric oven, microwave, fridge, deepfreezer, dish washer and all cooking equipment.
The heating is floor-heating and than can also cool down the temperature in summer. There is ventilation and insect-gazes (? ).
In total there are 22 units, going from 1 sleeping-room to 3 sleeping rooms. You have very nice neighbours
The building is built in 2025, so everything is new.

The train and bus station is 5' walk. In 15' you are in Antwerp, Ghent is 30'. Two very nice cities to explore. Also trains to Brugge, Brussels, Hasselt, Liege, the coast, ...., really easy.

We did (as a couple) serveral house-exchanges in Canada, Denmark, Switserland, Holland (3x). Now we are divorced, but I want to continue.
