House in Neumarkt/Salzburg - Flat in Vienna
We live in a big and comfortable house near Salzburg.
Upstairs you find the kitchen, dining room and living room, a sunny conservatory, a bathroom and the master bedroom.
Downstairs there are three more bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed.
There is also a second bathroom.
Outside you find two terraces and the swimming pool with jet stream.
The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of our little town, where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants.
On request we offer our flat in Vienna, four beds available. Close to city center.

Breinberg is a peaceful living area. Our house is situated next to a little wood in the north. Garden in the south, west and east.

We are both retired teachers. Our daughter Linda lives with her family in her house in Neumarkt, so you can get help easily if necessary. Our second daughter Bernadette also lives in Neumarkt. Our son Daniel lives in Salzburg. We have six grand chidren.
We sometimes invite one or two of our children to visit us in our swap home, that is why we fill in four persons for the exchange.
