We would like an exchange to visit New York for 4 adults in spring 2025.
Molins de Rei is the ideal place to visit the city of Barcelona and its surroundings, as well as to enjoy the tranquillity at the same time. It is very well connected by road and public transport. The center of Barcelona is 20 minutes away (Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Picasso Museum, Las Ramblas, Park Güell, Port Olimpic, etc...).
There are beaches and coastal towns (Barceloneta, Castelldefels, Vilanova, Sitges) a few km away.
We are also very close to the mountain of Montserrat and other beautiful natural landscapes.
The house is in the upper part of the village, 10 minutes from the train station.
The flat has 92 m2 and consists of two floors; on the first floor there is the big bedroom (10 m2) with a double bed (2m x 1,50m), another big bedroom (9,5m2) with a trundle bed, two bathrooms, my office, the kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer...), the living room and a balcony (8 m2).
On the first floor, there is a large private terrace (64 m2) (our favourite place in the house!).
We have a large parking space (15 m2) in the same building.
By car you can visit - in a journey of just over 1 hour - the Costa Brava (Cadaqués, Empúries, Tossa de Mar, Dalí Museum in Figueres, Besalú ...), and charming cities such as Girona, Tarragona, among others.

About Our Family
We are a couple without children. I am a retired elementary school teacher, and my husband, George, had his own business in Barcelona, but he is retired too.
We have made exchanges without any problem, in France (Paris, Rennes, Tours, Caen, Castellginest), in the Netherlands (Haarlem), in Warszawa (Polonia), in Roskilde (Dinamarca), in Oberndorf bei Salzburg (Austria), in Calabria (Italia).
Lifestyle
We like to travel and visit with tranquility, different places.
