Big apartment on two floors in quiet suburb in Reykjavik
We live in a bright and spacious two-story apartment with four rooms in total. Three of them are comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. The fourth room includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as a dedicated corner for yoga or weight training.
There are two bathrooms with showers, one of them newly renovated. The heart of the home is the large, beautifully renovated kitchen, perfect for cooking and gathering. The open-plan living and dining area makes the space feel welcoming and airy.
The apartment has two balconies, facing north and south, offering stunning views of the surrounding area.
The location is ideal: just a 10-minute walk to a swimming pool and grocery store, 3 minutes to the nearest bus stop, and within a 5–10 minute walk to beautiful nature areas such as Rauðavatn lake and the scenic Elliðaárdalur valley.
