A Haven of Peace between the montains and the sea.

Private villa with pool on the hiiiside 7 kms west of Grasse -the perfume capital of the world- surrounded by trees with red squirrels roaming free. Seaview on a good day , 30 minutes from Cannes, Lake Saint Cassien nearby and the Alps behind. Definitely possible to go skiing inthe morning and spend the afternoon ifn front of the sea at Cannes. Small town of Peymeinade very near with many shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Superb views from the nearby picturesque villages of Spéradèdes and Cabris. Open plan living room and kitchen, wood burner and reversible air-conditioning.Steep access but worth it!
