We have a beautiful 113 m² top-floor apartment within walking distance of Oulu city centre. Our home features three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living and dining room, two toilets, and a traditional Finnish sauna-bathroom. We love our home for its stunning view, functional layout, spa-like sauna – and above all, its location. From the front door, it's just a step to go swimming, for a walk or run, or shopping in the city.

Our home is located next to a large city park, near a cosy riverbank and with easy access to the motorway. Everyday life is smooth and convenient, yet the river view from our window gives a holiday-like feeling.

Oulu is situated in the heart of Finland, making it easy to travel to destinations like Lapland, Rokua or Iso-Syöte National Parks, or even to Sweden. It’s also well connected by air and rail.

If you visit here during the winter, you’ll have a perfect opportunity to try ice swimming – the most popular ice swimming spot in Oulu is located just across the street from our building. In the summer, a floating sauna (sauna ferry) is placed right in front of our home – offering some of the finest Finnish sauna experiences and a deep connection to Finnish nature and culture.

Oulu is also a true paradise for cyclists. The city is filled with cycling highways and scenic bike paths. We have several bicycles in both adult and children’s sizes that you are welcome to use to explore the area all year round.
