The lower floor of a two-storey end terrace house - two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room, garden. On-street parking. About 30-40 minutes to walk to Dublin city centre. 10 minutes to walk to beach (shallow, so not for swimming) - choice of promenade along seafront or nature walk to a cove. 10 minutes to walk to village area with supermarket, cafes, pubs, restaurants, and some shops. Good public transport links to city - bus stops and light rail (Dart) station nearby. A few minutes' walk to Aviva Stadium, Lansdowne Road, and RDS arena.
