Warm and cosy house in a village
Village house with a pleasant garden and a small swimming pook. The village is located 3.5 km from the ocean and 15km from La Rochelle city.
Our house consists of a large entrance with extra bed and toilet, a large fully equipped dining/living room, a separate kitchen. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and a baby's bedroom) as well as a bathroom with toilet.
A garage/laundry room completes the interior part with the provision of bicycles, paddleboards, surfboards...
You have outdoor spaces, out of sight, with a terrace area, pergola and sheltered garden furniture, a small swimming pool in wood and a space with lawn and vegetable garden. A barbecue, outdoor games, deckchairs and a hammock are available for you to have a good time in our house.
