Our place offers the Berlin experience as well as the comfort and calm of a rural idyll. You will have vacational feeling – good air and cooler temperatures – and the creative buzz of Berlin just a few minutes away.
Without even having to cross the street, you can get to the S-Bahn station in a minute, where you have a connection to the city centre every 10 minutes. Our apartment is located in Westend (Charlottenburg) right at the side of the city-train (S3/S9), which crosses Berlin from west to east. You reach the sights and places without changing train: Charlottenburg/Kurfürstendamm (10 min.), Savignyplatz/Zoo (13 min.), Main Station, Friedrichstrasse, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Warschauer Straße (20-30 minutes). And yet, thanks to the closeness of Grunewald forest and the lakes, the area offers leisure time activities like cycling, running, water sports, tennis, beach volleyball and horse-riding. Our apartment has a living area is of approx. 120 sqm, all modern comfort and a nice garden with a south-west terrace. A spacious joint garden with a playground for children and a view into the landscaped park. We look forward to hear from you!

We are a married couple with two kids, working in creative business. Both children (16 and 18 years old) now make their own plans and only travel with us sporadically. We speak english, spanish, german and a little french. Originally we are from Hamburg and Munich, but for a long time we have lived in Berlin.
