Prague or a beautifull Czech countryside, you can choose both!
We are young familly: architect, artist and two kids. You can choose to stay in our cosy flat (with terrace and garden) directly in Prague, or in our bigger house at Czech countryside, called Moravia. Or both! One week at Prague, and once you get enought of UNESCO heritage, leave for a week on countryside, anything you wish.
About a CITY flat: It´s actually a familly house from 1930th, in quiet neighbourhood, a house with four separated apartments in three levels. House includes garden. We are offering flat circa 110sqm in second floor, where we live. It has one terrace, one balcony, three separated rooms (living room, master bedroom, children room), kitchen and bathroom. In other flats in house lives our english speaking relatives, who could help or advice with your local needs and demands. Flat is close to center of of Prague https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prague, and also right next to big beautifull natural park "Dívčí hrady" ("Ladies Castles"). Public bus stop is next to our garage. It´s easy to get into the UNESCO old city center, by cheap public transportation it takes 20 minutes. There are plenty of interesting places and activities you can make, for example visit the 4th world best zoo https://www.zoopraha.cz/en etc.
About a COUTRYSIDE flat: It´s region called south Moravia, at center of Černá Hora village (2000 inhabitans) http://www.mestyscernahora.cz/, 210kms from Prague in sunny part of Czech called South Morava, the land of wine. Ironically Černá Hora is a brand of beer, the house is next to middle ages brewery, historical bulidings are used as a hotel with it´s own cheap wellness http://www.hotelsladovna.cz/en. There are four bedrooms at Černá Hora (Black Mountain), it has around 140sqm.
There are many places to see like wonderfull caves http://www.moravskykras.net/en/moravian-karst.html or castles in this region http://www.hrad-pernstejn.eu/en/. You can also visit another UNESCO heritage at southern Moravia like Pálava hills or Mikulov http://www.mikulov.cz/tourism/active-leisure-time/foot-tourism/palava-nature-reserve/ ant stop by at one of the largest aquaparks http://www.aqualand-moravia.cz/en/.
Whether you are interested to enjoy unique city of Prague, or travel around a nice coutryside a bit, feel free to offer us an exchange, we are quite open to any destination. We are also free almost anytime during summer.
