Apartment in Reykjavik, Iceland - looking for August 2021 exchange

We are open for a home exchange in August 2021. Please do not hesitate to be in touch, we will answer every proposal.

Our 181 sqm apartment is on the ground floor in a two-family house built in the year of 2002. There is an open kitchen, dining and living room area, three bedrooms, a TV room, a home office, a bathroom, a laundry room and a garage. On the patio we have a gas barbecue.

The bedrooms consist of; 1) Master bed 180*200 cm. 2) Bed 120*200 cm. 3) Bed 120*200 cm. 4) TV room, sofa-bed 140*200 cm.

Peaceful neighborhood with great walking surroundings. A golf course in a walking distance from our house. 12 km to central Reykjavik, approximate 15 min. by car or 30 min. by bus.

We are open to car exchange, we have a 2012 VW Passat automatic.

We would like to find a home exchange for August 2021 - hoping that positive virus/vaccine development will make us able to freely travel again at that time.

We have had 4 previous exchanges; Paris (2015), Mallorca (2016), Brighton (2018) and Barcelona (2019).

One cat

We are a family of five. Husband and wife and three children. The two oldest, a 27 year old son and a 25 year old daughter, have moved out but still like to travel with us. The youngest is a 15 year old son. We also have a friendly cat.

The family likes to travel, both in Iceland and abroad.
