Exchange arranged for 2020.Want to visit Galway - European capital of culture 2020? Seeking France, Spain,Portugal, Europe for Summer 2021. House in Claregalway in the beautiful West Coast of Ireland.

Located within easy reach of many regional airports with Ryanair (Shannon (1 Hour) and Ireland West (Knock) (1 Hour) and less than 2 hours from Dublin International airport).

Our House is a 2 storey house built in 2005 on a large site. We are located approx. 10 minutes from Galway City Centre and 30 Minutes from Connemara, one of the most visited tourist areas in Ireland.

We have a large garden to the front and rear of the House. The back garden has a 10ft trampoline, swings/sea saw & slide for the kids. BBQ etc. for outdoor dining on our south facing patio.

We have 4 double bedrooms upstairs, 2 of them en-suite. Our main bathroom is also situated upstairs with jacuzzi bath & shower.

Downstairs we have a conservatory, sitting room, bathroom, utility room, large kitchen with double doors leading onto our patio at the back of the house. Our kitchen has double doors that also lead into our living room (our TV (including satellite TV and Netflix) room with open fire place). The living room also has double doors that lead into our conservatory.

All Modern appliances available and WiFi is available in the entire house.

We live in a quiet location approx. 15 minute walk from the local village. The village has 2 Hotels, restaurants, bars and local supermarkets. 10 Minute drive to Galway city centre. Good public transport available at the village. Central to all tourist attractions in the West of Ireland.
