House in Kilkenny, Ireland

We have a very pleasant family home just over 200m2 in size with all modern comforts. Our home can accommodate up to seven people and has a large garden. It is located less than 3km from Kilkenny city (pop. 22000), a  very nice and vibrant city and an excellent base for travelling in Ireland. Kilkenny is rated as Ireland's cleanest city and is a great tourist hub throughout the Summer. There are lots of local festivals during the year.
We live only 7km from the nearest motorway and 3km from the rail station. 
We usually organise car exchanges.
There are many golf courses in our region, varying from small clubs to internationally recognised courses like Mount Juliet and Waterford Castle.
We are experienced exchangers (1993 - 2019) who have returned to home exchanging now that our children have grown up and flown the nest!
