House in Alingsas, Sweden

The house has 7 rooms. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and all modern appliances. Next to the house there is also a separate guest house.
We live in the countryside on a small lake. The house is located 900 meters from the local train that goes to central Gothenburg in 30 minutes. The small local pub is open 4 days a week and the small town of Alingsås is 10 minutes away. The local shop is two minutes away.
We are interested in swapping for a couple of weeks in a rural, village or small town setting anywhere in Europe.
We also have an apartment in Alanya, Turkey that we are happy to swap/rent. Non simultaneous swapping ok. 
We are also interested in swapping our house or appartment for a sailingboat somewhere in Europe.
