1 storey house in Dundee, Great Britain

I live in Dundee, which is a lovely, small city on the east coast of Scotland about 60 miles north of Edinburgh and 90 miles north east of Glasgow.  There are many interesting attractions nearby and Dundee is an excellent place from which to tour all of Scotland.
My house consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom (with shower and bath), two bedrooms with double beds, and a study with a single bed.  Off the kitchen there is a small conservatory which gets very warm (for Scotland) in the summer.  There is a nice enclosed garden at the back with decking and garden furniture on which to relax.  There is also a south facing deck in front of the man cave. My house is high up on a hill called the Law and is about 250 metres above the river Tay with beautiful views.  The city centre is only 14 minutes walk from here but there is good public transport too.  Recently opened is the V&A Dundee which, along with several other museums, is well worth a visit. We, David + Doreen, are both retired and we are open to any offers from long weekends up to a three week exchange in 2019 from March until October. See our preferred dates above.
