1 story house in Fjerritslev, Denmark
Looking for a house swap in the weekend 15 - 17 March in or around Aarhus
Always looking for long weekend exchanges anywhere
IN JULY 2019, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HOUSESWAP IN PARIS OR BERLIN preferably 1 week in the beginning of July.
And yes - WE ARE ALWAYS OPEN FOR NICE OFFERS FOR OTHER PERIODS
We have a spacious (220m2), functional, bright and newly renovated home situated at a popular tourist destination, and only 1/2 hour from the airport.
We renovated our house in 2006 with new kitchen, bathroom and entrance. The garden was made in 2007 with new terraces with direct acces from our sittingroom/kitchen and livingroom. Finally in 2012 we made a new master bedroom and an adjoining bathroom.
Our garden is private and sunny and a paradise for children and the rest of the family as we have a big trampolin, sheltered terraces and A greenhouse. In the summer we enjoy most of our meals on the terraces and make use of our big barbeque.
Our house is very functional and we spend most of our time in the open and bright livingroom. In our sittingroom we enjoy the cozyness from our fireplace.
Moreover our house is situated in a dead end street only 50 meters from a playground and we have calm and very friendly neighbours.
We have plenty of toys, games, puzzles and DVD's for both boys and girls and bikes.
We live in a small village called Fjerritslev with approx. 4000 inhabitants. Fjerritslev is a popular tourist destination because of its beautiful and unspoilt nature close to the sea and the fjord. In our village there are many good shops and supermarkets, a cinema, indoor swimming pool, bowling centre just to mention a few. Every Saturday there is a big flea market and food market.
You will find the two best mountain bike tracks in Denmark starting only 1,5 km from our house.

Fjerritslev is situated between the sea and the fjord which gives perfect opportunities for time to relax whether you like to go for long walks on the beach or in the forest, water sports or and fishing. Only 200 meters from our home you find forest which stretches along the westcost. In the forest there are marked routes for both walks, running, bikes, horses etc. The three first photoes are taken 6 km. from our home. The last one is from the beach of Vigsø (35 km away), where you'll find lots of bunkers from the German invasion of Denmark
