House in Kounice, Czech Republic

We are looking for an exchange Summer 2020 for 3 weeks.

We are a happy family of 5 - Monika, Martin and boys Filip, Erik, Denis.
At our flat you find 6 rooms at two floors:
kitchen & living room, 3 children rooms, bedroom, 2 bathrooms
In the garden there is a little swimming pool, a terrace with a grill. In general, it is a nice, quite place to spend and relax.

Kounice is a village of 1.200 people. There are two shops, a postoffice, 2 playgrounds and one restaurant.
Prague - the capital of the Czech Republic is about 30 km from Kounice. You can reach Prague within 30 minutes by car or use the public transport (bus and train) to get there within 45 minutes.
Prague offers everything you want - historical and modern architecture, theatres, cinemas, pubs and restaurants, trips on boats, a big ZOO, shopping centers, golf resorts, ...

You also can use our bikes to get know the countryside.

And if you really like to travel during your stay in our country, you can visit other nice and wellknown towns, too. Karlovy Vary (2 hours by car), Český Krumlov (4 hours by car), Brno (2 hours by car), Germany: Berlin ( 4 hours by car), Austria: Vienna (4 hours by car) or Slovakia: Bratislava ( 4 hours by car).
