Family Vacation Home in the Andes on the grounds of Top-Rated Eco-Lodge

Our 4 bedroom, two bathroom vacation home is just three miles outside Otavalo, home of the famous Saturday crafts market. Otavalo is 1 1/2 hours drive north of Quito. Our home has views of the Cotacachi and Imbabura summits and is on the road to the Mojanda lakes. Guests can use the facilities of Casa Mojanda Inn, which offers horseback riding and tours (at a cost). We have a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and we recently built a outdoor wood pizza oven. If you fly through New York to go to Ecuador we may be able to include our home in New York in the exchange.

About Our Family

We live most of the time in New York and spend vacations at our home in Ecuador. Both our kids are in college so we never know if they will join us if we do an exchange. Our family has had many great vacations in Ecuador and we would be more than happy to help you plan a trip there. Our New York home is ideally located just north of the city in the scenic Hudson River Valley. We have done two very successful exchanges with two families from Spain. Both included car exchanges. One was non-simultaneous.
