Reykjavík - Iceland in July
We live in the suburb town of Reykjavík, a quiet neighbourhood, but a short distance to the center of Reykjavík.
The flat is situated up on a hill and has got a beautiful view. It takes only 10 minutes by car to reach downtown Reykjavik.
our flat is ideal for a family. We are 20 min. walking distance from a swimming pool, 15 min from a supermarket and a bakery.
We have a car (Honda Accord) with a passenger capacity for five persons so you can enjoy to make all kinds of longer visits out to the many of the beautiful places of Iceland.
We also offer access to our small summer cottage in a beautiful valley north of Reykjavík, 40 minutes drive from Reykjavík. The cottage has two small bedrooms with sleeping capacity for five persons.

We are a couple with two boy's 13 years old. We also have three grown up children, two of them with spouse and we dream of having them with us during some part of our holidays. This is not sure, but we are certain that we will bring our young boy's. Therefore we would like to exchange with someone having a flat or a house with three to four bedrooms and a veranda situated near the seaside. But we also consider all offers, even if the housing is smaller.
