Spacious country house in scenic North Kerry, Ireland

Our home is a comfortable five bedroomed house on a dairy farm.The house is situated on a private road and the farm is about 500m beyond the house. It is in a secluded area on a hill with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.We are only 6km from the town of Listowel and also 6km from the village of Moyvane.Tralee, Killarney and Dingle are all within driving distance for day trips.Our favourite local beach is Ballybunion about 24km from our home.

Our local village is a lively country village with a creamery, small supermarkets and five village pubs. Listowel is our nearest town with larger supermarkets, Friday Farmers Market, a lovely park and playground, several boutiques and a medieval castle in the square. It has a comfortable hotel, several restaurants and pubs.

Our family consists of three boys and a girl.

We love living in the country and enjoy visiting local scenic spots on our weekends . We enjoyed our first house exchange to Belgium in 2011 followed by exchanges in Austria, Switzerland, Stockholm in Sweden and Copenhagen in Denmark. We have enjoyed many family holidays abroad in France, Spain and Crete.We look forward to our next exchange in 2015.
